Orders and Shipping

Orders can typically be placed online via our website. Ensure your billing/shipping details are accurate before checkout.
Most orders are shipped in a single package. If we split your order into multiple packages, we will notify you by email and provide you with the tracking number for each package.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you received the wrong product (excluding minor color variations), please take photos and contact us within one week of receiving the item. We will issue you a full refund.
If your package is damaged during transit, please check whether the skirt you received is intact. If there is any damage, please take photos and contact us. We will then coordinate with the courier and issue you a full refund.
